As part of this plan, we are looking to hire motivated and experienced Commercial Managers/Associates to support our growing commercial function alongside our existing Commercial Manager, to further enhance our commercial strategy.

What Will You Be Doing

Business Development

  • Leading on all new client calls, ensuring the business and proposition is pitched in a highly strategic manner, with sole focus on Retained and Exclusive work
  • Creating informative pitch presentations. Ensuring consistent follow-up through to fruition.
  • Supporting Consultants in planning ways to develop existing client accounts
  • Content/thought leadership creation & follow-up; coordination with Marketing team including quarterly events
  • Develop relationships within VC, Angel Investor and RetailTech Industry Association communities

Conversion & Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing relationships and win more repeat business
  • Post-placement aftercare and relationship building
  • Source/identify and secure Multi-Hire Clients
  • Leverage existing relationships into repeat business relationships

Internal Best Practice

  • Driving a minimum standard for quality of work agreed
  • Champion & drive Cross-Selling initiative
  • Be the internal confidant for terms negotiation
  • Driving the broader Commercial strategy across all aspects of the role
  • More than 3 years of direct external recruitment experience
  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Assertive and a strong negotiator
  • Ability to build strong rapport internally and externally
  • Great team player and has strong business acumen
