⚡ Country Sales Manager

We are currently partnering with an exciting international operating pre-IPO that has recently expanded into the e-commerce analytics space.
As part of this new business unit, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to be the first on the ground in DACH building the sales strategy from the ground up on a greenfield. As this person will be the first on the ground, they will be required to have extensive connections within the e-commerce space in Germany with a focus on Mid-size and enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, researching, and targeting new business opportunities in line with our client’s sales strategy and vertical market solution set.
- Growing the current reseller channel for selected vendors in our client’s portfolio.
- Providing relevant product and application information to all opportunities as required.
- Monitoring and managing your pipeline visibility/size, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Executing clear, consistent, and timely communications to your customers.
- Driving sales and demonstrating accountability for achieving your monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Working as part of the wider sales team to meet account coverage and overall company sales targets.
- Contributing to the development of our client’s sales strategy and profitability.
- Working with our client’s marketing team to drive lead-generation campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and extremely resourceful.
- Excellent presentation skills to present, demonstrate and promote the clients software products confidently and enthusiastically to customers.
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables and track/manage action items.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- 5+ years of working experience in SaaS sales to e-commerce and retail organizations.
- Fluent/Native German Speaker
