Global Account Manager

Hybrid, New York

Base $100-$120k + Bonus

We are working with a leading AI/VR Beauty and Cosmetics SaaS company that provides consumers and brands with a one-stop solution for a virtual experience and personalised customer experience in online shopping.

This $105mil funded business is seeking a strategic, dedicated and personable Global Account Manager to maintain the Enterprise client accounts and serve as the main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. This role will work with within a matrix structured Global team and serve as the liaison between the business and our customers. Reporting to the Business Development Lead of the US business unit, this candidate will act as the main point of contact in all daily matters relating to client concerns and requests. The main goal of this role is to build meaningful, trusting, long-lasting relationships that move our business forward.

This is a NY, NJ city role which is 85-90% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships to achieve and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Company’s products and SAAS solutions to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Manage and facilitate processes for signing up new business and creating new accounts (i.e., IO, JO, BR)
  • Ability to have calls a few times a week during the evening hours – as our HQ is located in Taiwan.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a strategic account management or customer service role
  • 3+ years of retail/beauty accounts experience – preferably at an agency
  • Strong project management, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the beauty and technology industries – preferred
  • Experience working with large global beauty companies/brands– preferred
  • Experience working on contracts
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
