Our client is a fast-growing AI-based Supply Chain visibility platform, with a mission to transform the way businesses manage their supply chain operations. Their cutting-edge technology is revolutionizing the industry and we’re seeking a Head of People to join our team and help drive our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and culture.
• Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to off-boarding, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and department managers, to ensure HR strategies support business objectives.
• Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute on talent management initiatives, including career development and succession planning.
• Manage and provide guidance to the HR team, including overseeing performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment preferred.
