⚡ Head of Product
🌎 Europe, Remote
Storm5 is currently partnered with an exciting travel company that is looking for a Head of Product to join their team and work collaboratively with the CEO and CPO.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with the CPO and Technology teams to develop a product that meets and exceeds consumer expectations.
- Grow their conversion rate of web visitors.
- Drive growth by defining product strategies and roadmaps.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all stages of the production process.
- Working closely with executive teams.
- Own three key areas: Core website, SEO, and Funnel Experimentation.
- Lead the recruiting and hiring efforts for product teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- 4+ years of People Management experience.
- End-to-End ownership of the product.
- Experience in localizing products to different countries/cultures across the globe.
- Has worked in a consumer-facing company.
- Has worked in a small start-up
- Conversation Rate Optimization and Funnel Experimentation Experience.
- Experience in building Product teams.
- Experience with managing or working closely with SEO teams.
