We are working with a fast growth AI-based Supply Chain Visibility start-up that having secured funding from some of the biggest VCs, are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to ensure successful technical onboarding, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive future growth.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the sales team to identify clients’ unique needs and design customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Partner with the customer success team to ensure successful deployment of our platform, from post-sales to ongoing support.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Software Engineering/Development role
• 1+ year of experience in a technical solutions architecture role, with a focus on post-sales.
• Experience in a fast-paced software company with platform and industry knowledge
• Experience in Supply Chain is a nice to have.
