Benedict started his recruitment career in 2014 and has since earned substantial experience in the field of permanent business in the technology sector. For years, his primary focus has been on team development and performance enhancement.
Benedict works in an open and solution-oriented manner, constantly ensuring a win-win situation for his partners. He is enthusiastic about empowering, supporting, and watching people grow.
With his passion and drive Benedict will take Storm5 and Levin Group to another level in the DACH Region.


Max is the Head of Storm5 UK. Before joining Storm5, Max specialised in connecting DevOps and Engineering leaders over Europe and the US in our FinTech recruitment brand, Storm2. He was the global top biller for the entire Levin group in 2021 and led the DevOps and Engineering function until making the internal move.

Olivier Kerckhove is the Founder of Storm5, the first truly specialist RetailTech Recruitment business globally. He has close to 20 years of experience in building international staffing and consulting businesses in Europe and the US.
Storm5 connects exceptional talent with fast-growing organisations on a mission to create outstanding online customer journeys.
In his spare time, Oli is a family man who enjoys messing around with his 2 little boys Arthur and Jules. He is also a proud Belgian who enjoys great food, with a nice glass of wine in great company.

Tom, born and raised in Amsterdam, joined Storm5 with an impressive resume, having worked in recruitment for over 8 years with extensive experience in scaling teams and developing business strategies.
Tom’s stellar skill set and competitive background as a field hockey athlete are matched by his passion for advancing people’s careers and developing innovative solutions.
Tom’s excitement for the industry and Storm5 alike makes him a key driving force in assisting us in laying a solid foundation for our first academy in Europe.

Kirtana Kumaran is a Managing Associate connecting unique and diverse Sales and Marketing Senior Talent specialising all efforts in Retail Media, CTV, and the Programmatic advertising space.
One of her favourite parts of the industry is the companies promoting constant digital transformation to stay relevant with the current Generation such as Firework with Shoppable ads and Koddi with Travel commerce media.

As a specialist in our Sales & Marketing vertical, Hauke is dedicated to forming partnerships with the most promising Supply Chain and Logistics organisations in Europe and the US. Through this effort, Hauke has developed a portfolio of candidates with unique skills and knowledge, second to none in this space.

Tom is a Managing Associate within Engineering, specialising in Supply Chain and Logistics. Based in London, he was part of the founding team of Storm5 that built out the Engineering and Data function. He specialises in placing senior talent with his extensive network of VPs of Engineering and CTOs within 3PL, Supply Chain Visualisation and Last Mile Delivery.

Isabella is our specialist within the Martech field. Having started her niche in Marketing Automation and working with top-tier CDPs and DXPs in EMEA and NA, she has then delved deeper and mapped out her market globally to now encompass all and any Martech queries. Isabella is the go-to person for any inquiries related to Sales and Marketing market trends.

Duarte is a Senior Market Specialist, and his role is to connect MarTech & AdTech companies with programmatic ads, personalisation & automation, and DSP/DXP candidates within Sales & Marketing. Duarte has helped multiple companies and can help you with your most crucial hires.

Leveraging his extensive network of industry contacts and in-depth knowledge of engineering and technology, Ben Watts excels at sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-performing candidates for high-growth startups and established companies alike – working within the marketplace and e-commerce analytics space.

Being a specialist in the AdTech space, Callum is focused on partnering with the most exciting programmatic companies across the US. With his experience in the space, he has built a portfolio of AdTech engineering talent whilst gaining invaluable market knowledge.

Tom is Storm 5’s leading Product consultant and heads up the vertical in our London Office as one of our Market Specialists. Recently he has enjoyed partnering and successfully placing with Vinted, an exciting secondhand marketplace with a mission to make the fashion community more sustainable.

Freddie is a Senior Manager in Storm5 who specialises in Supply Chain & Logistics Tech recruitment. Having started his Levin career in Storm2 and built out a Security and Data recruitment team, Freddie moved to Storm5 to help scale the Supply Chain Tech business unit. He focuses on placing Senior Engineering, Data, Security and DevOps Talent into innovative & fast growth companies within the sector.

Mark joined Storm5 Europe in September 2022 as a Commercial Director. His role consists of developing a clear and strategic plan to grow the business in Europe with our new academy. This is done by him building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and consultants.
Prior to joining Storm5, he was a hospitality entrepreneur who owned many bars and restaurants in the Netherlands, as well as having nearly 6 years of finance and start-up scale-up recruitment expertise.

As Commercial Associate Director Marie-Alice oversees the commercial strategy while ensuring clients receive a unique and tailored service. She is building long-lasting partnerships with our partners while advising them on market trends and best practices.
Having worked in recruitment for the past 7 years Marie-Alice brings a wealth of experience to our clients and specialists’ team.

Elsa joined Storm5 in November 2022 as a Commercial Manager. Her role consists in developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue, as well as identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to achieve shared goals. Before joining Storm5, Elsa was Country Manager France in Property Tech recruitment.

Ajiri is an accomplished Marketing Manager with experience driving growth and maximizing ROI. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals.
She is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the retail technology space, and is committed to driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of her work.

Sanjit heads up the People and Performance team at Storm5. With over 12 years of Learning and Development, and People Operations experience within the recruitment industry, Sanjit has worked for Global organizations and startups alike.
If you ask Sanj what his role is, he will say ‘It is my team’s responsibility to make sure we have the best trained and skilled consultants in the entire recruitment industry!’.

In his role as People Operations Manager at Storm5, Willem uses his experience in the life sciences recruitment industry to train the team to find solutions to their daily challenges on both the client and the candidate side of the business. The thing he loves the most about his job is experiencing both the passion the consultants show to work in the industry and the willingness to take the extra step and provide the right solution to clients and candidates.
