Main CPO Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate, and connect the RetailTech’s product vision, strategy, and operational plan with the rest of the company.
- Build and grow a high-performing, collaborative product team dedicated to continuous improvement to achieve customer loyalty and business goals.
- To meet or exceed company goals, drive profitable and efficient revenue growth as well as product uptake.
- Develop a strategic product plan and assure effective product innovation to help the organization stand out from the competitors and increase new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Ensure that the roadmap is communicated in a transparent and continuing manner, keeping all stakeholders up to date on important themes.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure cross-functional team collaboration.
