We are representing an exciting E-commerce/marketplace start-up based in Berlin, specializing in providing a platform for businesses to connect with customers and sell their products online. They are a dynamic and growing team looking for a CMO to help take them to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Create and manage marketing budgets and track ROI.
• Develop and maintain the brand identity and voice across all channels.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in E-commerce/marketplace industry is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
