A Manager of Implementation Service is responsible for leading all disciplines required to support the Company’s Robotics team during the design, implementation, and testing of the robotics systems. Essentially looking for an experienced project manager with a growth mindset, technical background, and experience in warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

• Leads entire project from concept refinement to satisfied customer.
• Establishes a clearly defined management process for all project aspects. Gives unit and direct report goals and objectives.
• Maintains a strategic understanding & relationship with key internal and external project partners to make the project successful and grow the firm’s and product line capabilities.
• Effectively manage project risks, opportunities, and client expectations throughout the duration of implementations and ensure all integrated system designs meet the specified system performance and technical requirements.
• Manage a diverse cross-functional team of internal and external partners to achieve the desired results
• Ensure all site safety requirements are met by our Client Company’s personnel and subcontractors.
• Assesses technology, assets, staff, designs, vendors, and others as needed to identify improvement opportunities and works with the team to drive change to improve the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with transitioning complex systems to full operation
• Minimum 5 years experience in supervising and managing field installation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read and interpret equipment layouts, assembly drawings, and detailed vendor blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with clients, management and multidiscipline development teams
• Extensive knowledge in Waterfall, Scrum and Agile methodologies.
